Get Realigned With Idina

Hi, I'm Idina Cole. My background is in corporate coaching and mentoring within the managed care industry. For years, I loved helping people grow professionally, but God showed me there was an even deeper transformation He was calling me to facilitate. He took the executive coaching skills I developed in the marketplace and beautifully redeemed them for His Kingdom. Today, I serve as a Kingdom Identity Coach and Mentor. I help busy Christian women who feel distant from God return to the Father through their identity in Jesus Christ. If you are completely exhausted from trying to think your way out of feeling stuck, this conversational space is your companion to help you slow down, renew your mind with Scripture, and experience true heart restoration. If you are tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and constantly like you’re running behind, you don't have to stay there. Join me along with a host of other women who are building their lives, businesses, and callings from their identity as Kingdom daughters first. Let's do this God’s way, one aligned step at a time.

9/18/2026 | Written by Idina Cole I want to share something with you today, and I am not sharing this to alarm you, but to give you raw, diagnostic awareness about the exact season you are walking out. 9/11/26 | Written by Idina Cole Today, I’m inviting you into a moment during morning stillness that when I woke up that morning, I don't even remember how I fell asleep. I knew that I ate dinner. I think I started watching a little television, and then somehow, I was awake. And I couldn't go back to sleep. When that happens and I realize I am not going back to sleep, I have learned to pay close attention to those moments. It is not because I believe every instance of middle of the night...

9/4/26 | Written by Idina Cole There is a quiet frustration that grows when you are doing everything you know to do, yet something inside still feels completely out of place. Learning to Steward From Your Identity in Christ

8/28/26 | Written by Idina Cole There are seasons when it feels like we're constantly waiting for the next thing. We're waiting for more money, the next opportunity, the business to grow, the relationship to change, the answer to finally come, or the door we've been praying about to open. And sometimes we don't even realize how much of our attention has moved toward what's next because we're still doing what needs to be done today. Maybe it's the way you always expect something to go wrong, so you stay prepared for disappointment. Maybe you second-guess yourself before making decisions because somewhere along the way you learned that trusting wasn't safe. Maybe you feel the need to...

The Identity Shift I Didn't See Coming

8/14/2026 | Written by Idina Cole Have you ever wanted something from God so badly that, somewhere along the way, you stopped paying attention to what was happening inside of you while you were waiting for it? Maybe it was an answered prayer, a business you believed God had called you to build, a relationship you hoped would be restored, a financial breakthrough, a ministry assignment, or simply the next season you were convinced was supposed to come by now. When God Brings Back What You Thought Was Behind You

8/7/26 | Written by Idina Cole Have you ever had a memory surface out of nowhere? Not because someone mentioned it or because you were intentionally thinking about it, but because it simply appeared. One moment you're going about your day, and the next, you're replaying a conversation, remembering a season of your life, or thinking about someone you haven't spoken to in years.
